Lazada eLogistics(LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units

Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Developing AVP operation in hubs to optimum operation capability, managing and maintain AVP operation in hubs to reach optimum target and sustainability
  • Implementing, monitor and managing AVP operation capability
  • AVP productivity target (assigned and delivered), daily and target
  • Monitor and coordinate with hub for AVP IC operation capability and activity / operational in Hub
  • Planning
    with AVP Head for AVP target deployment, productivity and % success rate
  • Establiseh Hub identification based on its characteristic for area coverage, routing, utilization, capacity and number of deployment
  • Reporting
    AVP daily , weekly operation report
  • Analyze issues and work closely with AVP team, hub team, fleet, finance and legal for corrective and preventive solutions
  • Optimizing utilization, effectiveness and effiency of AVP operational in Hub operation
  • Fully applying or enforcing AVP operation policy and reqgulation based on company’s policy and regulation
  • Optimizing coordination and communication with other business functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree industrial engineering or Logistic/Transportation
  • 5+ years’ experience as same field or transportation manager in express company or logistic or supply chain or equivalent.
  • Extensive industry knowledge – express, logistic / transportation, warehouse, and equivalent
  • Experience in managing courier, routing, and SDM management.
  • Organizational and people skills
  • Analytical skill
  • Communication and interpersonal skill
  • Project management
  • Detail oriented and meticoulous
  • Honest & trustworthy, ability to maintain trust in handling confidentiality matter
